All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Returns will not be accepted without the original tags, markings, damages, or any sign of wearing. We have the right to deny any returns or exchanges if we see proof of anything listed above.
Shipping Cost for the return will be made by the customer. ALL returns must be made within 7 DAYS of delivery. Email joyfulraysboutique@gmail.com to receive the return label. Returns will be fully processed when Item is received back.
